Fox Grove Management Overview
DeSales Community Housing Corp. entered a new era at the start of 2005 when it took over management of its multi-family real estate portfolio through a newly-created affiliate, Fox Grove Management LLC.
Fox Grove Management manages DeSales’ 211 apartments and commercial spaces and also operates DeSales’ Management Assistance Program (MAP). MAP provides management services to individual property owners and is funded by the City of St. Louis’ Community Development Administration. The program manages an average of 50 units.
The Fox Grove management team is led by Property Manager- Linda Warner, Assistant Manager- Cory Dickens, Leasing Assistant- Luchae Manning; Maintenance Manager-Jesse Warner; Maintenance Technician-Antwon Mallett and Matthew Chase, and Custodian-Marcella Santander.
