Soon after the sale of 2625 Iowa, the organization began the rehabilitation of an adjacent building, 2623 Iowa. This unit will feature new hardwood floors, zoned heating and cooling, and a first floor laundry closet. The rehab, which is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2008, is being managed by DeSales’ Construction Superintendent, Justin Stein.
